Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide roof repair and replacement services for building B5 at the Veterans Affairs Illiana Healthcare System in Illinois. The contractor must provide all necessary tools, materials, labor, and supervision to complete the work within 60 calendar days of receipt of a Notice to Proceed. The project is set-aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Small-Businesses (SDVOSB) and has a magnitude range of $250,000 to $500,000. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations, as well as VA Codes, Standards, and Executive Orders.
• The contractor must provide a one-year parts and labor warranty from the date of acceptance by the VA.
• The contractor must be registered and current in SAM.gov to receive a contract.
• The solicitation will include all drawings, plans, and specifications related to this requirement.
• A pre-bid site visit will be held, and all prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
