Description
The Marshall Public Schools is seeking bids for the installation of a Public Safety Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) System at Marshall High School. The purpose of this project is to improve and ensure reliable public safety radio communication coverage throughout the high school facility in compliance with applicable emergency communication requirements. The scope of work includes furnishing and installation of a 700/800 MHz Public Safety BDA system, Distributed Antenna System (DAS) installation, donor antenna network installation, electrical connections and required permits, system programming, testing, balancing, and coverage verification, and project coordination and final implementation.
• The project requires bidders to provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision necessary to complete the project.
• Contractors must be properly licensed and insured in the State of Michigan.
• Contractors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• The awarded bid will go before the board during the June 22, 2026 Marshall Public Schools Board of Education meeting.
• Quotes must be valid for 60 days.
