The Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council seeks a qualified firm to deliver comprehensive labor‑market intelligence, economic analysis, and regional data reporting for its five‑county service area. The contractor will create and maintain an interactive web‑based dashboard, produce regular and on‑demand reports, and provide analytical support for grant applications and stakeholder initiatives. • Conduct labor‑market research, supply‑demand analysis, and economic forecasting using federal, state, and commercial data sources.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau (or comparable) dashboards accessible to PacMtn staff and partners.
• Deliver recurring regional workforce reports and respond to on‑demand data requests within 3‑5 business days, including narrative write‑ups and technical assistance.
