2026 Terminal 2 Roadway Additional Lane

This project adds a 1,050‑foot traffic lane on Humphrey Drive in front of Terminal 2 at Minneapolis‑St. Paul International Airport. The work includes demolition of existing planter walls, pavement, concrete curb and gutter, water mains, signs, and light poles, followed by construction of a new concrete roadway, storm‑sewer infrastructure, lighting foundations, landscaping, and associated utilities. • Demolition of existing roadway elements (planter walls, pavement, curb/gutter, watermain, signage, light poles). • Installation of 9‑inch concrete pavement, aggregate base, concrete sidewalks, curb & gutter, storm‑sewer pipe and drainage structures. • New light‑pole and flag‑pole foundations, irrigation modifications, traffic‑control devices, and landscaping. • All work to be performed on airport property with required coordination, permitting, and compliance with airport safety standards.
