Request for Services (RFS) for Consulting Services to Enhance Education Information Sharing Processes and Data Systems for Systems-Involved Youth

The County of Los Angeles, Executive Office (EO) of the Board of Supervisors is soliciting for a qualified contractor to provide analyses and recommendations to enhance education information sharing processes and data systems for systems-involved youth. The contractor will be required to submit responses to both the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and the Request for Services (RFS). The required RFQ and RFS documents are attached for convenience. The scope of work includes providing consulting services to enhance education information sharing processes and data systems for systems-involved youth. The key responsibilities of the contractor will include: • Providing analyses and recommendations to enhance education information sharing processes and data systems • Submitting responses to both the RFQ and the RFS • Meeting the minimum mandatory requirements stated in the RFQ • Providing references that can speak to services provided by the vendor • Completing the required forms and exhibits, including the Organization Questionnaire/Affidavit, Certification of Compliance, Debarment History and List of Terminated Contracts, Community Business Enterprise (CBE) Information, List of References, Contribution and Agent Declaration Form, and Supplemental Financial Information.
