Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking a replacement for a pump filled station at the Maryland Correctional Institution - Hagerstown (MCIH) Central Kitchen. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, supplies, services, permits, equipment, devices, and any other items necessary for the purchase, delivery, assembly, and training for the pump filled station. The pump filled station must meet or exceed the specified requirements, including all stainless steel construction, food safe, 208 volts, UL Certified and NSF Listed, and air operated product flow valve. The contractor must also provide training on operating the pump station, disassembling and cleaning, and regular maintenance.
• The pump filled station must be delivered and assembled within 60 days of receiving the order.
• The contractor must provide a minimum of 1 year of experience in providing comparable type, size, and complexity of commercial foodservice and cook-chill systems.
• The contractor must provide at least 3 references of companies or organizations for which they provided services of the type, size, length of service, and complexity comparable to those specified in the solicitation.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting a responsive bid with the most favorable bid price.
• The contract duration is 120 days from the notice to proceed.
• The primary place of performance is the MCIH Central Kitchen, 18601 Roxbury Road, Hagerstown, MD 21746.
