HSIP Cycle 11 – City Wide Safety Improvement Project

The City of Tracy is seeking bids to improve city‑wide traffic safety by upgrading its existing traffic signal system and installing additional safety countermeasures. The scope includes installing back‑plates with retroreflective borders, upgrading signal lenses and heads, and replacing controllers and battery‑backup systems across multiple intersections.
