Hill-Rom Advanta 2 Electric ICU Beds

The University of Central Missouri is seeking bids for the supply of ten Hill-Rom Advanta 2 Electric ICU Beds with mattress and scale. The beds must meet specific technical requirements, including a 500LB safe working load, a maximum length of 100 inches, and a maximum width of 40 inches. The contractor must provide a complete, operational system, including all hardware, software, consumables, and accessories necessary for immediate use upon receipt of the product. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive contractor whose bid substantially meets all of the required specifications, duties, terms, and conditions. • The product must have an open, flat deck frame architecture, SlideGuard feature, three-mode bed exit alarm, mattress, Nurse Call integration, one-button Dining Chair position, Care Grip siderail, patient egress assist handle, built-in siderail storage, and integrated scale. • The contractor must deliver the product by the specified delivery date in the Attribute section of Ebid. • The university reserves the right to award the bid to a contractor with a higher bid price who can complete delivery in a time significantly less than the lowest bids if that cost is determined to be fair and reasonable. • The warranty shall follow the manufacturer's limited warranty. • Payment shall be made within 30 days of acceptance of equipment by the university and receipt of invoice.
