Critical Minerals and Materials Accelerator Notice of Funding Opportunity

The Critical Minerals and Materials Accelerator Notice of Funding Opportunity supports critical minerals and materials that are foundational to U.S. energy dominance, national security, and industrial competitiveness. The program aims to support collaborative industry partnerships to prototype and pilot innovative processing technologies that address critical material challenges in high-impact areas. The program has three topic areas: production and material efficiency for critical materials, processes to refine and alloy gallium and other materials for semiconductor applications, and cost-competitive direct lithium extraction, separation, and processing. Applicants must submit a letter of intent and a full application, and awards will be made based on a competitive review process.
