USARC PLFS Refit & Warranty Renewal

The United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) is seeking sources for the refit and warranty renewal of 20 Preliminary Live-Fire Simulators (PLFS). The contractor must perform technology refreshes, including hardware upgrades and repairs, and provide a 5-year extended warranty. The project is estimated to be completed within 30 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Key requirements include: • Replacement of 40 LS17 Gaming Computers with newer versions • Installation and upgrade of 20 LS Short Throw Video Projectors • Repair of 80 M4 Rechargeable PEQ and 160 M4 magazine round counters • Provision of a 5-year extended warranty for all upgraded systems • Periodic courseware updates aligned with TC 3-22.40 Army qualification standards The contractor must also conduct a system survey, provide labor, and ensure cleanup after servicing.
