The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) is soliciting a three‑year fixed‑price contract to provide full‑service janitorial cleaning for its Region 1 office in Jackson, TN. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, low‑odor consumables, and supervision to maintain a 9,200 sq ft facility according to detailed daily, weekly, monthly, and bi‑annual cleaning tasks. Work is performed after normal business hours, with monthly invoicing, and the contract may be extended up to a total of 60 months.
