Description
The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking bids from qualified suppliers for the purchase and delivery of air filters to their facilities department. The contract has a maximum period of 5 years, with an initial term of 1 year and 4 optional renewal periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide air filters for a variety of applications, including air conditioning and furnace systems.
• The contract will be for a fixed price, with the bidder required to provide a total price for the 5-year period.
• The bidder must submit a completed spreadsheet (Attachment A) with their bid, which includes the prices for each type of air filter.
• The bidder must also specify the maximum percentage discount they are willing to offer for filters not listed in Attachment A.
• The contract will include provisions for termination for convenience, with the State having the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause.
