Description
The Lorain County Storm Water Management District is soliciting sealed proposals for the design‑build restoration of the Fortune and Dickson ditches across three jurisdictions (Columbia Township, Eaton Township, and the City of North Ridgeville). The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment to execute a full‑scope drainage improvement project, including clearing, excavation, culvert replacement, channel restoration, erosion control, and final seeding/mulching, in compliance with Ohio DOT specifications and prevailing wage requirements. The estimated construction cost is $1.484 million, and the County requires project completion by July 28 2027.
