Request for Expressions of Interest – Pimlico Out Parcels

The Maryland Economic Development Corporation (MEDCO) and the Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) are seeking expressions of interest for the development of six parcels of land adjacent to Pimlico Racetrack. The parcels range in size from 1.4 to 3.5 acres and are located within an Enterprise Zone and an Opportunity Zone, offering economic development incentives.
