Splunk Subscription Support

The Administration for Children's Services (ACS) is seeking a qualified NYC-certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise(s) (M/WBEs) to provide Splunk Cloud Subscription Services. The selected vendor will be required to provide end-to-end user experience, predict, identify, and solve problems in real-time, monitor, search, analyze, and visualize machine-generated data in real-time. The vendor will also be responsible for utilizing Splunk as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) to analyze threats both predictively and forensically in support of security management and regulatory compliance. • Provides end-to-end user experience • Predict, identify, and solve problems in real time • Monitor, search, analyze and visualize machine-generated data in real time • Performs, capture, index, and correlate real-time data in a searchable container and produces graphs, alerts, dashboards, and visualizations • Application will pull information from sources throughout the environment, allowing users visibility across all platforms and solutions • Reduces the time needed for troubleshooting and root cause analysis in IT operations and cyber security from hours to minutes • Users can search, report, and receive alerts on the data sets most critical to their role • Simple dashboards can allow data to be accessed quickly and shared as widely as necessary • Address several immediate needs including enhanced cybersecurity posture, remote user monitoring, infrastructure visibility, and application management
