Description
This solicitation seeks a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide the Automated Weight and Balance System (AWBS) software and associated services for the U.S. Navy P‑8A Poseidon aircraft, supporting the Federal Republic of Germany under a Foreign Military Sales program. The work includes software delivery, server hosting, user account management, training, help‑desk support, and ongoing updates for a base year with an optional second year. The contract is not set‑aside and will be awarded to a sole‑source vendor (Lockheed Martin) under FAR Part 12 procedures.
• Provide the AWBS software (executable only) to German FMS users and depots.
• Establish and maintain a dedicated CAWBS server environment, including user account creation and management.
• Deliver semi‑annual training, online help resources, and a technical help desk for software issues.
