Description
The Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center is seeking professional painting and surface restoration services to remediate graffiti across multiple ward units within the hospital facility. The work must be completed in accordance with The Joint Commission (TJC) and Maryland Occupational Safety and Health (MOSH) standards to ensure a therapeutic and non-hostile environment for patients and staff. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work. The contract will be for a period of six months with one option period of six months.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services for a similar business entity.
• The contractor must be licensed by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) to perform the work.
• The contractor must provide at least three references that attest to their capabilities and general experience.
• The contractor must meet all Federal EPA, OSHA, TJC, and MDE guidelines in the performance of work and proper handling and disposal of waste and or contaminated materials.
