Description
The Decatur County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed proposals for the MSW Cell No. 6 Geosynthetics Material Supply. The scope of supply consists of furnishing geosynthetic liner components for the construction of a 15.8-acre MSW Cell 6 at the Decatur County Solid Waste Facility. Suppliers may submit pricing for one, multiple, or all material line items. The Owner reserves the right to award one contract for all materials, multiple contracts by material group, or individual line-item awards.
Key points to consider:
• The supplier experience is required, with demonstrated past experience with similar projects.
• The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, award the bid as they determine to be in the best interest of the project, and to rebid.
• The contract award is expected to be valid for 60 days after initial delivery, with possible extensions for additional shipments.
• Suppliers shall provide unit prices that remain valid for reasonable quantity increases or decreases up to 10% without change in unit price.
