FAC126 - Parole Board Scanning Project

The Parole Board is seeking a vendor to provide document scanning and digitization services for approximately 100 boxes of parole files. The files contain sensitive information, including legal, criminal, and CJIS data, and require on-site scanning at the Parole Board's Natick office. The vendor must be able to provide digitization services, including scanning and indexing, as well as transportation and delivery/pick-up services. The vendor must also be able to provide destruction services for the original documents.
