SMF HVAC IMPROVEMENTS

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking bids for the SMF HVAC Improvements Project. The project involves the removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment, supporting systems integration, and site restoration. The work includes replacing existing HVAC units with new ones that meet the specifications outlined in the Scope of Work. The project also requires the integration of the new HVAC system with the existing Building Automation System (BAS). The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the work. • The project is located at the Sunset Maintenance Facility (SMF) in Las Vegas, Nevada. • The contractor must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.1379 or 338.1382 to bid on the contract. • The bid deadline is July 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM (PT). • A pre-bid conference was held on June 10, 2026, at 10:30 AM (PT). • The contractor will be required to provide bonds and insurance as applicable.
