The Borough of Atlantic Highlands is seeking a contractor to fully rehabilitate the tennis and basketball courts located in Harbor Park at the municipal harbor. The work includes demolition, resurfacing, installation of new surface materials, and optional upgrades such as drinking fountains and electrical conduit for the basketball courts. The contract is for a two‑year term (subject to annual appropriations) with a strict 45‑day completion window after award; liquidated damages of $1,000 per day apply for delays. Bidders must provide a bid guarantee (up to $20,000), performance and maintenance bonds, and meet extensive New Jersey statutory requirements (prevailing wage, ADA, Worker & Community Right‑to‑Know, etc.).
