Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotes from Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractors to procure patient ceiling lifts and installation for the Cottage 72 Activation at the Fayetteville Coastal VA Healthcare System. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, parts, supervision, and personnel to perform the full replacement of patient lifts. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process.
• The contractor must provide 9 ceiling lifts with 650 lb capacity and integrated scales, and 1 ceiling lift with 825 lb capacity and integrated scales to support bariatric patients.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and SBA DSBS database if applicable.
• The contractor must show how their proposal reduces construction impacts and limits ancillary work if they propose a full room-covering bathroom system.
