The Port Authority of Allegheny County (Pittsburgh Regional Transit) seeks a pool of up to five firms to provide investigative services supporting its workers‑compensation, FMLA, non‑occupational disability, background‑check, and litigation‑support needs. The contract is a three‑year base period with two optional one‑year extensions, and work will be performed on an as‑needed, work‑order basis.
