The Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to produce and deliver 100,005 “Courtesy Reply” envelopes, including 200 “Departmental Random” blue‑label copies, to the Office of Personnel Management. The work requires offset/letterpress printing on government‑supplied JCP V20 blue paper, precise barcode and FIM placement, and specific packaging and shipping requirements.
