The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation are seeking a qualified contractor to replace the metal roof on the Mt. Tolman Training Center, install new insulation and flashing, add an east‑side gutter, and perform interior water‑damage remediation and finish work. The work must comply with tribal labor, safety, and waste‑disposal regulations and be completed within a 120‑day period.
• Replace existing metal roofing panels with 24‑gauge PBR membrane and MBI insulation; install new flashing and sealing washers; add a new east‑side gutter.
• Perform interior repairs: install cove base, patch drywall, replace ceiling tiles, install an access panel for the water shut‑off valve, and paint doors, frames, and walls.
• Contractor is responsible for moving furniture, obtaining all permits, adhering to TERO and Davis‑Bacon requirements, providing 5 % bid security, and furnishing 100 % performance and labor‑material bonds.
• Mandatory site visit on Feb 3, 2026; questions due Feb 10, 2026; bid submission deadline Feb 17, 2026, 3 PM PST; work anticipated Mar 3 – July 1, 2026 (≈120 days).
