Description
The California Department of Social Services is seeking a vendor to renew its DotNetNuke (DNN) Evoq licenses, provide ongoing technical and developer support, and manage associated domain‑name services for its public website. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑cost responsive offer and may be extended for up to two additional one‑year option periods.
• Deliver DNN/Evoq software licenses for the contract term.
• Provide Monday‑Friday, 6 am‑6 pm PST online and phone support with a two‑hour maximum response time.
• Offer consultative developer assistance and domain‑name management as outlined in the Cost Worksheet.
• Comply with CDSS information‑security requirements, including breach‑notification within 3 days and a prohibition on using generative AI with CDSS data.
