2026 Sidewalk Repairs Southfork and River Crest

The Town of Tyrone is seeking bids for the 2026 Sidewalk Repairs Southfork and River Crest project. The project involves demo and replacement of concrete sidewalks around 39 catch basins and approximately 2,096 square feet of concrete sidewalk sections. The contractor will be required to provide performance and labor and material payment bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
