RTU #1 Replacement - Administration Building

The Thompson School District is seeking a contractor to replace the existing Engineered Air RTU unit #1 with a like or comparable RTU for the Administration Building. The project requires the removal of the existing unit and installation of a new one. The contractor must be prepared to take measurements and pictures on the roof via a roof hatch during the mandatory job-walk visit. The project is located at 800 S Taft Ave, Loveland, CO 80537. • The contractor must provide a lump sum bid. • The contractor must submit bid documents electronically. • A performance bond of 100% is required. • The contractor must have insurance. • The project requires installation of the new RTU unit. • The contractor must be prepared to work on the roof via a roof hatch.
