Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a 100 % small‑business‑set‑aside vendor to upgrade the Vindicator Integrated Detection System (IDS) at Beale Air Force Base, California. The effort includes evaluating the existing Honeywell V5 panels, supplying and installing Honeywell V6 panels, providing all labor, tools, and materials, integrating a new HID proximity reader, and performing any unforeseen infrastructure repairs. The contract will be firm‑fixed‑price, with a performance period from 30 Sep 2026 through 28 Feb 2027. Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 noon PDT on 22 Sep 2026 and remain valid through 30 Sep 2026.
• Evaluate current IDS/AACS architecture (≈18 Honeywell V5 panels).
• Procure and install Honeywell V6 panels per ICD 705.
• Provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Replace Korby pinpad with HID proximity reader and integrate with SCIF access control.
• Perform unforeseen repairs (cabling, wiring, switches, hubs, peripherals).
• Submit a technical capability narrative ≤ 8 pages and price proposal (unit‑priced, all‑inclusive).
• Must be a registered SAM vendor with DUNS and applicable small‑business certifications.
