Capitol Building Exterior Door Repair

The State of Colorado is seeking a contractor to repair the exterior doors of the Capitol Building. The doors should be made of aluminum and have a 2" x 4 1/2" center glazed system for 1" glass. The contractor should provide a single source package of door, door frame, and hardware that is engineered for high-traffic applications. The doors should have a flush glazing system, a thermally broken frame, and a screw spline or shear block construction. The contractor should also provide a warranty against failure and/or deterioration of metals due to manufacturing process for a period of two years.
