Description
The US Air Force is seeking information from potential contractors to provide maintenance services, extended warranty, and loaner services for Laerdal SimMan 3G simulators. The contractor will be responsible for providing management, labor, tools, supplies, material, transportation, parts, and replacement parts, diagnostic equipment, and other equipment necessary to maintain and provide preventive, corrective maintenance services. The contract will have a base year and four option years, with a total duration of 48 months. The contractor must be authorized/qualified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to perform the required services.
• The contractor will provide one scheduled preventive maintenance inspection per year, performed by OEM authorized/OEM trained personnel.
• The contractor will provide one-year extended warranty to include coverage of materials, manufacturing, or workmanship issues.
• The contractor will provide a one-year loaner service program, including shipment of a loaner simulator and transportation case.
• The contractor will provide on-site equipment installation, telephone support, and software updates.
• The contractor will provide service reports and documentation as required by the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
