2025 Bridge Maintenance & Repair Project PH I

The Newton County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the 2025 Bridge Maintenance & Repair Project, PH. I. The project consists of maintenance and repair of five county bridges. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through Bonfire's electronic submission portal. The successful bidder will be required to secure and pay for all permits, assessments, charges, or fees required in connection with the proposed construction. • The project requires a Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. • A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required of the successful bidder. • A Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) will also be required of the successful bidder. • Contractors and all subcontractors must be fully insured and be Licensed Contractors in the State of Georgia. • The successful bidder shall maintain insurance as specified in the Construction Services Agreement included in the Bidding Documents.
