Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. The work includes repairs such as HVAC, electrical, insulation, carpentry, paint and finish, drywall and finish, and flooring. The project must be completed within 28 working days, and the successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO. The bidder must also provide proof of TERO certification and comply with the Buy American provisions.
