The City of Midland is seeking bids for household hazardous waste collection services. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing pricing for the collection of household hazardous waste in accordance with the attached specifications and standard instructions. The bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as “BID 4583 – HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION”. • The bid submission can be delivered or mailed ATTN: Purchasing to City of Midland, Office of the City Clerk, 333 W.
