RFP to Lease Building 125 in Charlestown Navy Yard at Boston National Historical Park

The National Park Service is seeking a qualified lessee to lease Building 125, a historic 10,188 sf former Navy Yard paint shop in the Charlestown Navy Yard (Boston National Historical Park). The lease will be for a minimum of ten years (maximum 60 years) and must include responsibility for structural maintenance, roof replacement, and historic‑preservation compliance. The lessee may also elect to lease an optional dock and patio, and will be required to meet Fair Market Value Rent of at least $24 / sq ft (≈ $244,512 / year) with possible rent offsets for capital improvements.
