Description
The City of Portland is seeking bids for pool chemicals for its community swimming pools and whirlpool spas. The successful contractor will provide swimming pool chemicals as specified in the bid schedule. The bid includes various products such as calcium chloride, soda ash, sodium bicarbonate, and others. The contractor must deliver the products to the designated location(s) within the specified time frame. The City reserves the right to purchase additional products beyond the quantities stated in the bid documents at the same prices submitted by the Bidder.
• The bid includes 14 different pool chemical products.
• The contractor must provide unit and extended pricing for all products offered.
• The bid prices shall remain valid for 90 calendar days from bid opening.
• The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
