Barber Chairs

The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the purchase of barber chairs. The chairs must be black, hydraulic, reclining, and made of polyurethane (PU leather) with a stainless steel weight capacity of up to 450lbs. The vendor must include the freight cost in the unit price. The bid must include a spec sheet, and any bids without a spec sheet will not be considered. The city reserves the right to award the bid as a whole or by individual line items, depending on what is in the best interest of the city. • The bid opening date is 05/28/2026 at 08:00:00 AM. • The bid must be submitted through the PHLContracts website. • The vendor must register on the PHLContracts website and submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. • The vendor must include all required information and attachments with their bid. • The city will evaluate the bids based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
