The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive hair‑care services—including barber and beautician work—for male and female juveniles housed in four state secure facilities. The contractor must supply all necessary licensed personnel, equipment, supplies, and sanitizing agents, and must adhere to strict state licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations.
