Microscope stage incubator for Nikon Ti/Ti2 inverted microscope system

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a microscope stage incubator for a Nikon Ti/Ti2 inverted microscope system. The requirement includes two items: an STXG INCB F/WELP/DSH/SLD F/TI/TI2 PZ STG and an add-on laser safety kit for TIZWX. The offeror must provide sufficient information to demonstrate their capability to provide the required product or service. The evaluation factors include technical capability, price, past performance, and delivery schedule. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. • The offeror must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, with their offer. • The offeror must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. • The offer must include unit and total price, shipping and handling costs, delivery timeframe after award, delivery terms, F.O.B. point (destination), product or catalog numbers (if applicable), and product/service description.
