The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek – Fort Story, Virginia Beach, Virginia, Naval Weapons Station Yorktown, Yorktown, Virginia, and other areas of responsibility. The contract will be for a base period with 4 option periods and 1 six-month option period, with a total duration of 66 months. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment to perform services such as lawn care, vegetation control, irrigation systems operation, debris removal, and tree maintenance. • The contract will be a performance-based service acquisition, with the Navy evaluating proposals based on price and non-price factors such as technical approach, corporate experience, safety, and past performance. • The proposed procurement is a Competitive Small Business Set-Aside procurement, with a NAICS code of 561730 and a size standard of $9.5 million. • The RFP will be posted on the SAM.gov website around 30 January 2026, with an estimated proposal due date of at least 30 days after the RFP is posted.
