The United States Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the qualification and production of a Signal Generator, specifically the PN: PM8572A-1, which is a replacement for NSN: 6625-01-585-4346KV. The Signal Generator is used on the Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night Automated Test Set (LANTIRN ATS). The original equipment manufacturer, Tabor Electronics, is the only known source with the required technical data and expertise. The government intends to award a sole source contract to Tabor Electronics. Other interested parties may respond to the requirement by March 5, 2026. • The Signal Generator provides high-frequency, independent pulse, square, and arbitrary waveforms. • The item is used on the LANTIRN ATS (ELECTRONIC ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS TEST SET), AN/AAM-104, PN 10000374-10, T.O. 33D7-38-332-4. • The government does not own any data, drawings, schematics, or other releasable technical data in support of this requirement. • Tabor Electronics is the only known source with adequate knowledge of the performance requirements and possession of the required technical data, drawings, facilities, and expertise needed to produce these items.
