The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) seeks a vendor to produce a small‑batch set of eight high‑quality “Digitization Corner Operations” posters for the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Chief Data Officer. The contractor must handle all pre‑press, printing (offset or digital), mounting on 3/16 in. Gatorboard for the larger format, laminating, packaging, and traceable delivery to two Washington, DC/Maryland locations by the required date. The job includes a single “Press Quality” PDF soft proof for approval and strict packaging/labeling requirements.
• Eight posters total – two designs, each in 18 × 24 in and 8.5 × 11 in sizes (four copies per design).
• Must print on 100 lb gloss‑coated cover stock, meet strict colour‑match, resolution (≥ 2400 dpi) and ink durability specifications.
• Provide mounting on Gatorboard, lamination, brown‑kraft wrapping, “fragile” labeling, and ship flat via FedEx or UPS with signature required.
