The City of East St. Louis is seeking qualified contractors to perform a comprehensive bathroom remodel across multiple wings (men’s, women’s, middle, west) of the East St. Louis Township facilities, as well as a mop‑sink room. The work includes complete demolition and replacement of tile flooring, wall tiles, drywall, ceilings, lighting (LED preferred), HVAC diffusers, ventilation fans, toilet partitions, fixtures (automatic flush toilets/urinals), mirrors, hand dryers, paper‑towel dispensers, doors, and ensures compliance with ADA handicap stall requirements. All work must meet code and be completed under sealed‑bid conditions.

• Required documentation: business license, proof of insurance, W‑9
