The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to supply and implement the BadgePass BadgeHub ID system, which must produce both physical and digital employee identification badges. The award includes a one‑year service contract with optional renewal, a subscription for ongoing software updates, and ancillary items such as a ribbon and cleaning kit. The solicitation is a Quick‑Quote (RFQ) limited to a maximum total contract value of $25,000 and may be renewed annually for up to five years.
