Description
The Pease Development Authority (PDA) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and deliver ready‑mix concrete on an as‑needed basis for construction and airfield pavement work at the former Pease Air Force Base/Skyhaven Airport. The contract will cover three concrete mix designs—3000 psi footing mix, 4500 psi structural slab mix, and 6000 psi heavy‑duty pavement mix—totaling approximately 2,000 cubic yards. Delivery must comply with ASTM C94, requiring discharge within 90 minutes of batching, and all concrete must meet specified strength, air‑content, slump, and freeze‑thaw performance criteria. Optional admixtures (fibers, retarders, accelerators, corrosion inhibitors) and additional service fees (delivery, standby, after‑hours, winter service) are priced separately. The award will be a non‑exclusive, one‑year contract with an option to extend a second year, subject to PDA’s discretion.
