The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified vendor to provide ongoing maintenance services for its air compressor equipment under a Quick‑Quote solicitation. The contract will cover preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, parts replacement, and emergency response for the agency’s fleet of air compressors. Vendors must be registered in Alabama Buys, comply with state procurement terms, and be able to supply qualified technicians, spare parts inventory, and a responsive service schedule.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on all designated air compressors.
• Provide on‑call emergency repair services with defined response times.
• Supply necessary parts, consumables, and labor to keep equipment operational throughout the contract term.
