Landscape and General Outside Maintenance Service for South-East Quadrant Parkways and Medians

The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified landscape maintenance firm to provide comprehensive, year‑round upkeep of parkways, medians, turf, trees, shrubs, irrigation systems, hard‑scape, and drainage within the South‑East Quadrant (south of SR‑91). The contractor must deliver routine mowing, fertilization, weed‑control, pruning, irrigation operation and repair, litter and graffiti removal, and traffic‑control safety measures, all in accordance with detailed frequency schedules.
