J059--Bronchoscopy Interface Replacement

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for a bronchoscopy interface replacement at the Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. The project requires the replacement of the current intercom system, including new equipment, wiring, installation, programming, and testing. The vendor will provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to complete the project. Key requirements include: • Providing a Zenitel IP Station Wall Mount • Running CAT cable to the existing Zenitel switch • Programming the device for paging and calling • Training end users on its operation • Performing all work in a workmanlike manner • Removing all trash daily • Reporting in and out as work is performed The project is for planning purposes only, and responses will be used to develop the requirement and acquisition strategy.
