The Department of Technology, Management & Budget is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for 1800 pathway donation envelopes. The envelopes should be printed in black ink on both sides, have a gummed flap, and a drill hole on the seam. The vendor is required to ship the envelopes to approximately 9 locations and use a provided FedEx account number for 36 locations. The bid will be awarded based on best price and value to the state.
