Request for Proposals for Treasury and Investment Advising Services

The City of Malibu is seeking a qualified firm to serve as the City Treasurer. The selected firm will be responsible for providing treasury and investment advising services, including managing the City's investments, providing financial planning and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with the City's investment policy. The scope of work includes core treasurer responsibilities, cash management and treasury operations, investment policy, strategy, and market monitoring, and financial forecasting and long-term planning. The City is looking for a firm with experience in managing state/local government portfolios and a strong understanding of the City's investment objectives and policies.
